About Sunny

A Storyteller

Sunny has written stories, screenplays, and plays for as long as she can remember—scribbled in journals, typed in drafts, or shared across a coffee table. Her love for storytelling has been a thread that has followed her through life, even while her professional world revolved around law, philanthropy, and teaching. Behind the scenes, the stories kept coming, drawn from the people she met and her experiences.

In her mid-50s, something shifted. She stopped saving writing for “someday” and started giving it space to grow. That small decision became a significant change. And now, writing isn’t just part of her life. It is her life.

Living and writing in the south of Francea street with people walking down it, South of France

Living along the beautiful coast of southern France, where everything seems to move just a little slower, provides the spice that tickles her imagination. Daily markets open with conversations and strong coffee. Strangers chat like old friends amid the scent of freshly baked bread and lavender.

Like her, Sunny’s stories often follow women who don’t quite fit the mold—women caught between what’s expected and what’s true.
